Mafi Kumase is steadily gaining recognition as the leading destination for entertainment and cultural events in the Volta Region, attracting patrons from across Ghana and beyond.

The community is widely known for organizing vibrant activities such as Borborbor performances, exciting football matches, and classic entertainment shows that bring people together in celebration of culture, talent, and unity.
One of the most outstanding events is the annual All White Party, described as the most patronized paid entertainment show in the Volta Region. Held every 2nd January on a scenic mountain top in Mafi Kumase, the event attracts hundreds of people from all walks of life who travel from different parts of Ghana to be part of the experience.
In addition to this, Mafi Kumase also hosts free street jams and community entertainment programs, which regularly feature A-list musicians, further strengthening the town’s reputation as a center for arts, music, and youth engagement.

The Member of Parliament and the District Chief Executive have also demonstrated their commitment to promoting the entertainment and tourism potential of the area. Both leaders attended the most recent major event in person to observe the program and engage with organizers. Following this, they have begun engaging relevant authorities and stakeholders to improve the quality of the shows and develop them into tourism products, with the aim of boosting economic growth within the district.

With growing patronage, strong leadership support, and continuous innovation, Mafi Kumase is fast positioning itself as the true entertainment capital of the Volta Region.
